This fall, for the first time in many years, Ukrainian government announced that the time will NOT be changed for winter time. The decision has already given an impulse for active debates, and still may be changed, as media say. Blindly following the decision of the Russian government, Ukrainian leaders seem to have forgotten to calculate anticipated financial loss of such a decision, the press says.
