A Week of modern alternative art, called “7”, will start on September,15. This event hasn’t had analogues in Ukraine and the Lviv is the first city in Ukraine to host the event. More than hundred of talented artists from a number of European countries will come to Lviv to take part in numerous arts projects. Lviv is expecting guests from Poland, Switzerland, Lithuania, Russia, France, Checks republic, and other countries
The week of modern art will have a vast program of activities and events, including organiation of forums, related lectures, discussions, movie shows, workshops, theater performances and other creative arts presentations. The special, highlighted event of the week will be the festival of experimental electronic music with the participation of the founder of the intelligent drum-n-bass LTJ Bukem from Great Britain.
One of the founders of the Week of modern art emphasized: ”We pursue the object of showing up the “parallel art”, the world of art, which modern audience haven’t got used to”
Municipal Lviv Theater will host the performances of the Week of modern Art.
