Chat/Forum Rules

DU Chatroom (Forum) is a place where our community members meet and discuss issues, related to the DU activities and services. Our community welcomes any new participant, once he/she agrees and accepts the following rules of online etiquette:

1. Treat all other online participants with respect and do not use DU-Community Chats and Forum to threaten, stalk, or abuse other users on the basis of age, disability, ethnicity, gender, race, religion or sexual orientation. Do not harass, badger, heckle, disrespect, annoy, taunt, aggravate, insult, swear at or be rude to other DU-community members.

2. Do not publish, post, distribute, or disseminate highly explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts, including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature, directed at another individual or group of individuals.

3. Discover Ukraine does not allow behavior or content related to illegal activities. Using DU-community Chats and Forum to publish, post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene, or other unlawful material or discussion is forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, child pornography, bestiality, incest, illegal drugs, software piracy, and harassment.

4. You are responsible for adhering to all local and national laws that pertain to your location.

5. You are responsible for protecting your computer against interference or viruses that may be encountered on the Internet and DU-Community Chats and Forums.

6. Do not post or promote any materials that could harm or disrupt another user's computer or would allow others to inappropriately access software or web sites.

8. You are responsible for any actions you may take based on advice or information you receive online. Use your own judgment when evaluating information provided through any communication service, and remember that the information provided could be from people at any age and experience level. The decision to conduct transactions is your own and you should perform your own research prior to making any decisions.

13.If you have a problem with another chatroom (forum) user, please inform the chatroom moderator or any of the DU team members.

14. Abusers will be blocked, and will no longer be able to use this service. You may also be blocked as a result of complaints from other users.

15. Discover Ukraine reserves the right to remove any posting at any time, to block any user or postings by any user, and to modify or discontinue this service without warning.

16. Discover Ukraine reserves the right to amend or change the code of conduct at any time and encourage you to periodically review these guidelines to ensure you are in compliance.
